Teamraiser Date Range Reports

Hello,

 

Can you tell me how to run a report on teamraiser fundraising (either event level or team level data) that covers only a specific date range?

    You can use ReportWriter to do this. To set the date filter you will need to add that to the last filter step. Make the date something that you edit each time you run the report.

    Thanks for the link. I'm not seeing anything on the page you noted, or within the help pages that are linked from it, or on the specific reports I'm looking at the specifically notes a date range filter. Is there a naming convention that just isn't obvious?

     

    I'm sorry to be dense, but it's been two years+ since I touched this stuff -- I'm a little out of practice!

    No worries. I have to refer back to notes and info all of the time and I've been working in Luminate for 8 years. You can actually used a canned TR report to get this info.

     

    Here are the steps:

     

    1. Hover Data Management in your top nav of your admin site
    2. Click Reports
    3. Expand the TeamRaiser Reports folder. Here you can find a number of reports. You can get a lot of the info I think you are looking for by using the "Participant Performance Report"
    4. On the report configuration page you can choose the date range for registration and/or the date range for donations recorded. Then you can choose to sort the report by individual name or team name THEN individual's name. Doing the team sort will enable you to quickly see how teams are doing. This won't generate a total amount raised by each team but it will group the team members so you can simply add a row and use the sum function to add up all of the team's gifts for that date period.

    You can also run a TeamRaiser Summary Report and filter activity within a set date. Other TR reports here can also be set to only report on a set time frame.
