TeamRaiser discount code

I have tried three different discount codes (73, 7300, 73NJ)  in TeamRaiser and even though the setup works well when it comes time to register it tells me that the code is not valid.  I have followed all of the steps both logically and via the tutorial  and nothing seems to work.  Do I need a specific number of digits to make it work?

I would recommend checking your configuration to make sure you don't have a limit on the number of times the code can be used, aren't limiting the discount code to members of a specific group (or are logged in and a member of the group when you are trying to use it), and that the security category is appropriate.  Those are the things that come to mind immediately.

 

I'm not aware of a minimum character requirement.
