Mapping TR registration fees to multiple designations in Common Ground Enterprise

Excuse me if this is a dumb question, but is there any way to map a TeamRaiser registration fee to multiple designation inside Common Ground Enterprise/Salesforce?

 

We have a couple participation types that include a membership fee as well as an event registration fee, and in looking through the cross-references, there doesn't seem to be any way to do split designations like there is with Event tickets.

what we're actually looking for is the participation type. Doesn't it come through to CGE?
