Is it possible to give 185+ different Event Managers the same username and password? Or will doing that cause access issues if too many people are in there at the same time?

No. You will have to create a username and password for each event manager. If you only did one and had everyone use it then one event manager would be able to access everything for another event. You should setup separate ones just so you can block access to areas that an event manager doesn't need to go in your site.

Not to mention accountability if one does something improper. Account sharing is bad policy.

 

There isn't a way to import them, right Kent?

No. You can't import them.
