Is there a troubleshooting guide for the TeamRaiser flickr integration?

I set up the integration according to this doc: https://secure2.convio.net/ddfl/admin/AdminHelp?pagename=Admin_TeamRaiser_FlickrIntegration

 

but flickr does not seem to be pulling in images. Is this extension no longer supported?

    That doc should be up to date. You will probably need to open a Support case so they can dive into your system and take a look at the configurations.
