Emailing from the Participation Center

Hello! I am experiencing some issues with the Emailing from the Participation Center

 

- I tried sending one email and i recieved the message "Email was sent". When i went to the "Sent" box it said "Data Error". Luckily this was a test email to myself on behalf of a participants, and i still have not recieved it

- While trying to resend the message, I am sent: Error: The requested method is not allowed.

- When i try changing the font or size in the box, only portions of the text will change to a new font while sentences in bullet points remain the original font.

Hi Alison,

 

I believe your email sending issue is that you're trying to send yourself an email. Are you sending the email to the same email address you're registered as a participant? If so, is that the same account you're using as a site admin? If so, that's probably your issue.

 

As for your font styles, it sounds like you have some styles conflicting. You may need to go into html plain-text editor and look a the code. Make sure your <ul> sections have the styles set for your bullets. You can take the style info for the <span> tags from your content above the bullets and add it to the <ul> tag. So it would be something like <ul class=" " style="font-family: Arial, color: #7ab800, font-size: 12pt,">bullet content here</ul>
