Anonymous gifts in TeamRaiser?

Is there a way to ensure that a TR participant does not find out the name of a certain donor (at the donor's request). 

 

We have a checkbox for "Make this an anonymous gift" on the TeamRaiser donation form which ensures that the donor's name will not appear on the fund page or in the public donor list. However, is a participant able to access the name via progress reports from their participant center?

Hi Melissa,

 

Unfortunately this ability is not possible within TR. A TR consultant told me that the way she handled these in the past was that she would be contacted by the donor and she would process the gift offline and then add it to the participant's fundraising on the back-end.
