Uploading offline gifts

Hello

I'm looking to upload offline TeamRaiser gifts which were processed by a hand held credit card scanner on the day of the event.  It looks like I can upload a CSV file, but the options in the documentation say you must choose payment type of cash or check.  Well, these gifts are neither of those. Is there another option we can use? If so, what is it? If not, what should we use (knowing that cash and check are just bad data).
