Peer to Peer Fundraising / Coaching Emails?

Hello,

 

My name is Angie, I'm the Operation Feed Campaign Coordinator at Mid-Ohio Foodbank out of Grove City, OH. We have been using online giving as part of our fundraising best practices for a while. But, we continually run into the challenge of encouaging peer-to-peer fundraising with our constituents when we do not have an event to base anything around. We also haven't used coaching emails in the past.

 

I was wondering if any other food banks have found creative ways to engage online donors to become more active in their P2P? And, if so... did that include any mentoring internally from the person that manages the drives via coaching emails?
