Sending group email

A participant is attempting to send out a solicitation email to 192 friends using TeamRaiser.  He cannot figure out how to do a bulk mailing. Does he have to select each of the 192 addresses? He has created a "group" of the 192 within the website, but it is not clear how to designate that group in such a way as to enter it into the address box of the email.  Please advise.

From the compose page, he should be able to start typing the group name in to the "To:" field, and the group should show up in the suggestions dropdown.



If the suggestions dropdown isn't appearing for him, he can go to his contacts page, switch from the individuals tab over to the groups tab, check the box next to that group, and then click the Compose button.
