Thumbnail Facebook Display on Personal/Team Page

Is anyone aware of code that could be added to a personal or team page that would allow a user's uploaded image to display in a Facebook post?

 

When I paste this personal page URL, for example, in Facebook status to share, I am given just the image of our shop as an option:

The image is in a left nav pagebuilder page. In testing, I've removed the image to see the effect, but then no image appears in the Facebook post when sharing the above URL.

 

Any thoughts? Thanks!

It seems I am able to construct a URL (actually deconstruct) from the public facing URL of a Personal or Team Page.

Public Facing Team Page URL

http://participate.freetobreathe.org/site/TR/FreetoBreatheSignatureEvents/General?team_id=30470&pg=team&fr_id=2130

 

Public Facing Personal Page URL

http://participate.freetobreathe.org/site/TR/FreetoBreatheSignatureEvents/General?px=1361786&pg=personal&fr_id=2130

 

As you know, the above URLs do not work to display imported thumbnails. However, the below URLs do display those thumnails as options.

 

Team Page URL

http://participate.freetobreathe.org/site/TR?team_id=30470&fr_id=2130&pg=team

 

Personal Page URL

http://participate.freetobreathe.org/site/TR?px=1361786&fr_id=2130&pg=personal

Basically, I just stripped out the /FreetoBreatheSignatureEvents/General portion of the public facing URLs and rearranged another piece. Any thoughts on if this portion can be permanently stripped out on the public facing pages? I appreciate your other suggestion with the code, but I couldn't quite get it to work.
