Ability to "Change Donor" on transactions that ARE NOT donations

Community members,

 

As of now we need to go to support to assign a ticket purchase transaction to a different constituent, correct?

 

I know with donations there is the option to "change donor", would be nice to see this feature for other transaction types - ticket purchase, TeamRaiser registration - as well.

 

Is this possible as a site option and I've missed it / been misinformed by support? Thanks

Hi Matthew,

 

This ability is not possible currently. I would recommend going to the Support Portal and putting this into Ideas as a feature improvement.
