Secondarily, administer our Atlassian products for the organization, as well as help scope out technical projects.

Summary
The Systems Analyst will provide requirements analysis, software design, configuration, implementation, integration, and maintenance for organizational systems. The role will also provide technical/data analysis for projects prioritized.

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as technical lead on fundraising platforms used by Northwestern Media and University of Northwestern; provide ongoing support, configuration and maintenance to provide a stable and secure environment that meets business requirements. Serve on project teams during fundraising or acquisition projects.
• Serve as technical lead for organizational documentation and issue tracking platforms; provide ongoing support, configuration and maintenance that meets business requirements; serve on projects to implement or enhance platform usage for individual departments.
• Provide analysis and technical/data direction for a variety prioritized projects related to technology. The role will identify risks, timeline, high-level milestones for technical implementations.
• Responsible for engaging with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business process, problems and needs to translate them into functional requirements for implementation and process improvement
• Provide data analysis and data extracts using a variety of tools such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.
