Gift Processor and Data Analyst Position

Keystone College is looking for a Gift Processor and Data Analyst to join our team.

Reporting to the VP of Institutional Advancement, the purpose of the Gift Processor and Data Analyst is to be responsible for gift processing, acknowledgment of donations, constituent data management and analysis using publicly available information and constituent data. The Gift Processor and Data Analyst also maintains the donor database using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience, Competencies and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience in a development office.
  • Proficient with database management and fundamental knowledge of Blackbaud, including Raiser’s Edge database and web view.
  • Experience with Jenzabar preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • The ability to use the advanced features of Microsoft Excel and carry out mail merges accurately.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, maintain and update digital and physical files with high degree of accuracy, and sensitivity to the importance of stewardship and donor relations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented, ability to set priorities and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a degree of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well with donors, business executives, as well as faculty, administrators, staff, and students.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
