The Donor Relations and Database Manager will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and stewardship to CMC supporters and donors. Key responsibilities include responding to donor inquiries in writing, on the phone, and by email; processing donations; coordinating donor recognition plans; as well as assisting with cultivating mid-level donors.

The employee will organize and maintain key elements of the donor database and streamline business processes accordance with CMC Development policies and standards. Additionally, the employee will conduct analysis on data to produce reports that help guide departmental tactics for reaching annual goals.
