I need to offer a tshirt in the upsell and cannot figure out how to add the sizing options. It was there last year. Any advice or direction? Thanks!

In step 5 when configuring the upsell you Available Options "display value" fields. That is where you enter the sizes that are available. Then you can choose a pre-selected field if you want.

To piggyback on the orginal question...what is the best method for offering a single upsell (free tshirt) with mutiple styles and sizes?


For example, during the upsell process there may be 3 options for a tshirt (red, white, blue). Each of these tshirts also have sizes associated with them.


The problem with creating multiple upsells broken out by style is that users will be able to select all three styles during registrations. We could put all the tshirts in as options by size and style within a single "tshirt" upsell but just wanted to see if there were any other options.

Hi Gary, 


If the t-shirt is free, I would recommend just using the Additional Questions to ask for "shirt color" and also "shirt size". No real need to use the Upsell for this, since there isn't a cost associated with it.

Thanks Jon, we've actually been doing this already for the tshirts but was looking into other methods for easier reporting and inventory purposes. It seems the only advantage of using upsells in this case is the ability to track inventory.
