Teamraiser and prizes

We have a teamraiser that we are launching in November and our committee for the teamraiser wants to have prizes that people can get entered to win with a donation to any team or participant on that teamraiser.

 

They want to encourage more donations by promoting these prizes.

 

So when we promote prizes via donation forms we always have to put about a page worth of rules and regulations and then we also have to have an area where people can enter to win without a donation.

 

Has anyone done something similar to this with their teamraiser? where did you put this info?
