Erikson Institute, a prestigious graduate school for early childhood development, an organization committed to ensuring that all children have equitable opportunities to realize their potential. We are seeking a Raiser's Edge professional for the role of Associate Director, Advancement Services.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the Associate Director of Development Services will oversee and manage the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT database. The Associate Director has primary responsibility for developing and executing forward-thinking database-related strategies to enhance Erikson’s robust fundraising, stewardship, alumni relations, and communication efforts.

The Associate Director produces high-level reporting across multiple channels including but not limited to Erikson’s Executive Team and Board of Trustees; strategic data analyses for fundraising, events, and organizational budget-planning; consistent development of process and reporting improvements.
