Is there a way to format the Annual Statement Report to be able to be folded so the address fits in a window envelope?

The report unfortunately does not have a lot of flexibility for reformatting positions of text. I am unaware of a way to do this without manually editing each pdf after generation. Perhaps you could manage a workaround such as:

• adding a cover page insert,
• printing the addresses separately on the back of the statement using a matched query/export/word merge
• use non-windowed envelopes; merge “match” numbers in tiny font on the margins to help make matching envelopes and statements easier
• If you have a large mailing, a print house might (??) be able to customize your envelopes to make the windows match position
