Querying/exporting on RE fields without having editing rights to fields

Hi all,

I'm hoping this is an easy one: if a staff member doesn't have editing rights to a specific field in RE, can they still pull those fields into queries and exports? And then same question, but if they don't have viewing access.

Background: my org is small, but growing, and I'm starting to plan out recommendations around database permissions based on job function. At the moment, everyone can view/edit everything.

@Kate Hanson They can definitely query on and export fields for which they have no permissions to edit (for ex., almost everyone at my org is restricted from editing addresses but they can query & export them). As to permissions to view, I haven't tested it but there a user might not be able to query & export a field they can't see…
