The Associate Director (Product Manager) CRM is a technical expert with donor CRMs and related fundraising software. Share Our Strength currently uses Blackbaud products -- Raiser’s Edge NXT (RENXT) and RE7 for donor CRM, and Luminate Online for online CRM – that directly support the fundraising, advocacy, public relations, government relations, and programmatic initiatives of Share Our Strength. Beginning in 2023, the Associate Director will play a leading role in an RFP process to select Share Our Strength’s next generation of fundraising technology, including evaluation of using the development CRM to support the broader needs of Share Our Strength’s constituent management.

The Associate Director leads the definition of Share Our Strength’s future-facing system roadmap for fundraising technology, and engages regularly with fundraising users to identify opportunities to better leverage technology to achieve their goals and enable stronger data-informed decision making. As Product Manager. provides hands-on administration of CRM tools (e.g., configuration changes, user access and security management, data integration from multiple third-party platforms, data hygiene, quality assurance). The Associate Director also partners with the Training and Support team to provide staff training; equips staff with required queries, dashboards, and reports to support their activities; and implements and maintains coding and data tracking procedures. Finally, the Associate Director supervises and is supported by 2-3 direct reports who are focused on the health and data integrity of Blackbaud tools.

The ideal candidate for this position is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of end user business and the ability to translate to and partner with technologists and supporting vendors; an understanding of database and reporting technologies; a strong foundation in best practices in fundraising and operations; and a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies for fundraising success and driving organizational change.
