publishing new teamraiser

Options

I copied a teamraiser from 2014 and made changes to create a 2015 version. When I publish the 2015 version it is showing the 2014 version with the exception of the home page. Help?

  • Hey Kim,

    A couple of initial thoughts:

    1. Make sure it's not caching.  Clear your browser cache and also give it 15 minutes and come back, clear cache/refresh and see if this is still happening.

    2. It's possible if you linked to other pages from the homepage that the fr_id (which is the event id) didn''t get updated in your links? So be sure you are linking to the 2015 event and not the 2014 event.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Taylor,

Thanks, I cleared the cache and it still seems to be happening. Two of the pages linked with the navigation tabs are not updating, the others are fine. When I check the custom pages text within the new teamraiser it is correct, it is just not updating online. Could it be something else?

    Thanks,

    Hi Kim,

There are a few reasons why old versions of things can appear in TR that go deeper than browser cache and that have to do with session information and wrappers getting cached. I'd log out, and then look at the site with a different browser. That often does the trick.
