Re: "please enter Valid recipient address" in TeamRaiser participant center

Options

I did open a support case, however i can't find the chat transcript to be able to post the fix.

Here's what I gathered: 

1. Go to Team Raiser, Select Event Options

2. Go to the Related Actions field and select Edit Advanced Options

3. Select Define Event Options. On number 4, 5, and 7 if an S-tag is present on any of them, it will cause the error message.

4. Remove the s-tag and put the email address of the event manager who would likely receive emails.

*At first, we left #7 blank, but we still received the error message. I added an email address, and VOILA! Team Captains and Participants can send emails from their participation page.
