The Associate, CRM Administration under the supervision of the Department Leadership, is responsible for overseeing and executing practices to maintain data quality in the database of record, Raiser’s Edge. This includes running daily data quality queries, management of duplicate resolution, managing data imports, updates to constituent records and data improvement projects. The Associate will also assist the department lead with managing the various data appends, including but not limited to – NCOA (National Change of Address), Email Appends, Age Appends, etc. The Associate should understand best practices in data management, be able to identify and adapt to shifting priorities, be flexible and resourceful, and exercise professionalism and discretion in working with confidential information. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of data within the database of record, Raiser’s Edge, which includes running daily, weekly and monthly data quality checks.
• Identifies gaps in constituent data quality and constructs a mechanism for resolving the gap and on-going maintenance to prevent further gaps from occurring.
• Responsible for managing duplicate records in Luminate and RE NXT/Raiser’s Edge, including identifying potential duplicates and merging records in both systems.
• Assist with data entry of new constituent biographical information, including attributes, relationships, actions, and notes into Raiser’s Edge.
• In concert with the department lead, manages monthly, quarterly and on-going data appends, including but not limited to NCOA (National Change of Address), email appends, age appends, etc.
• Makes recommendations to the department lead on potential new data improvement projects, that have been identified by colleague feedback, regular data review or departmental needs.
• Management of imports of non-gift related data into Raiser’s Edge.
• Oversight of ScoreOmatic software, including creating new scoring profiles.
• Serve as backup for other Donor Operations team functions, including online gift import processes for Luminate, Universe and OneCause, credit card processing, tribute card generations, and offline gift entry.
• Perform other administrative assignments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 – 3 years of work experience in an office environment or nonprofit setting, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gift processing procedures and 2 - 3 years of RE NXT/Raiser’s Edge or other fundraising database experience preferred.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience with Blackbaud Luminate or other CRM database strongly preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle differing projects and priorities while coordinating workflow in a deadline-driven and service-focused environment.
• Must be proactive and a self-starter, with excellent problem-solving and implementation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and to work well as a member of a team.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office suite.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications (including verbal and written) skills and cultural competencies, underscored by strong emotional intelligence.
• Integrity and discretion, and a strong work ethic.
• Interest in anti-hunger and anti-poverty issues.
