Position: Customer Relations Management (CRM) Data Analyst

Position Summary: Manage the museum's membership, development and ticketing database, which serves at the Museum's main customer relations management system.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Primary data manager for the Museum's development, membership and ticketing system
    • Create and produce membership and ticketing performance reports
    • Responsible for data related to membership fulfillment, renewals and membership marketing campaigns
    • Manage data entry standards and quality control efforts to assure data integrity
  • Analyze data, including appended third party date to educate business decisions
    • Interpret trends to provide direction for future initiative

Secondary Job Functions:

  • Assist Manager of Membership and Visitor Services to ensure the highest levels of customer service and support efforts to meet sales goals
  • Provide staff support for Hall of Fame events as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in business management, statistics, data analysis or other related field is preferred
  • Knowledge: Experience handling customer and sales data; and experience with arts and cultural nonprofits
  • Abilities: Aptitude for analytical thinking; strong attention to detail; good organizational skills; strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products, will be critical for this role

Typical Physical Demands:

  • Use of computer keyboard and viewing of computer monitor for prolonged periods of time
  • Prolonged periods of sitting
