Saint Louis Priory School seeks a full-time Assistant Director of Individual Giving to begin work October 2022. Founded in 1956 by the Benedictine monks of Saint Louis Abbey, Priory is an independent Catholic school for young men in grades 7 through 12. We provide a college preparatory and liberal arts education of the highest excellence using our unique Benedictine approach designed to develop young men in mind, body and spirit through a rigorous balance of disciplines that challenge the whole person while cultivating a lifelong sense of community. All candidates should demonstrate a desire to be involved in the entire community and must support the Catholic mission of our school.

The Assistant Director of Individual Giving is an essential member of the Advancement team, responsible for the development and execution of a strategic, comprehensive, donor-centered individual giving program and managing a portfolio of donors. The key objective of this position is to build a strong culture of philanthropy for Saint Louis Priory School and Saint Louis Abbey through the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors. This position will have primary responsibility for growing the number of annual donors, upgrading annual donors and identifying and soliciting potential major and planned giving donors. The Assistant Director will encourage early relationships working closely with the Enrollment Management office.
