Call for Nominations - HE-PAG Co-Chair and Co-Chair Elect

Hi Fellow HE-PAG Community Members,

As my first official act as the new Chair of the HE-PAG, my first duty is to solicit nominations for a Co-Chair and Co-Chair Elect to help guide the group for the next two years.

Would you be interested in running? Please consider contributing your leadership skills to the group in this way. The co-chair positions involve:

1. A time commitment of, on average, a couple of hours a month doing the behind the scenes planning with Blackbaud.
2. Getting to know a handful of great Blackbaud employees on a first-name basis. This has some great side effects as it gets your institution’s name (and yours) up and front with Blackbaud leadership. Plus we’ve found Alison, David, Pat, and others really great to work with in a more casual environment while planning the meetings.
3. The two open positions are co-chair and co-chair elect for the 2022-2023 term.
   1. Co-chair would follow me as Chair in the 2023-2024 term.
   2. Co-chair Elect would move to Co-chair for the 2023-2024 term and then serve as Chair in the 2024-2025 term.
