Mid-South (AL/GA/NC/SC) Regional Director

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Director position with Acts Legacy Foundation This position will be primarily responsible for our Mid-South retirement communities located in North and South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. The successful candidate participates in planning and activities in all 9 states of Acts operations.

Acts Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit supporting organization of Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., seeks an experienced fundraising and planned giving professional to identify, cultivate, and secure legacy, major gifts and expand charitable giving for programs and funds of the Acts communities.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, nonprofit management, social sciences, or related field

• Minimum of five years' of related fundraising work and volunteer experience

• Advanced knowledge of fundraising techniques, planned giving, tax benefits of charitable giving, and the principles of gift stewardship

• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, outgoing personality, and ability to relate to mature donors
