Honor/Memorial Contributors List

Looking for some help! Now that we can no longer export to Microsoft Office, I need a way to change the formatting on the Honor/Memorial Contributors List - a canned report under Tribute Reports. I can export it to PDF but need to change the margins of the actual list and the font size and am not finding a way to do this without really getting a jumbled mess. Exporting from PDF to Word doesn't help either. Anyone come up with a great solution????

You might be able to get the format you want with a directory merge in Word. Export your preview as a csv file. The files has a lot of extra columns but once you get the columns you need I think you could create a Word directory with margins/fonts etc that you want.

If this would work, depends on how you want to have the address data. The csv file is a bit strange as you need word wrap to see complete address field - column width doesn't show it. ???

Just an idea. Maybe it will spur a great solution.

@JoAnn Strommen thanks, JoAnn! I think that just might work. I use another Word directory for just a list of names for our Hospice event. Aren't csv's fun to work with?? ?

I see you're in Rapid at SD Tech! I went to the other college there eons ago (when they actually had a campus and before they became a diploma mill)!!
