JOB SUMMARY: The Donor Systems Facilitator will assist with maintaining the CRM systems and provide needed data output for Office of Philanthropy and Alumni Relations (OPAR) team members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years professional experience working in CRM systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of relational databases and fundraising software programs required including Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, LuminateOnline, NetCommunity and ImportOmatic
  • Demonstrable expertise in running complex queries, exports, imports and reports
REPORTS TO: Director of Philanthropy Operations
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain constituent information and data files in databases that include Raiser’s Edge NXT and LuminateOnline
  • Work with end users to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies
  • Ability to develop queries, imports and exports and manipulate and analyze data for a variety of fundraising needs
  • Fulfillment of data requests including mail lists, email lists, updates to existing reports and creation of new reports
  • Create online donation and event registration forms using a variety of products including LuminateOnline, TeamRaiser, Online Express and NetCommunity; Make modifications to existing forms and tables; Integrate forms with merchant services vendor to ensure smooth donor experience and credit card processing
  • Work with multiple databases to upload and download large data files with accuracy and speed.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of automated systems and recommend additions and/or modifications i.e OmaticSoftware and SKY API and to able to successfully execute them
  • Perform routine data audits and data hygiene
  • Ensure all data remains secure and processes follow PCI compliance and HIPAA/PHI standards
  • Serve as technical support contact for Blackbaud and other related external vendors; can entail serving as the intermediary between two vendors
  • Responsible for creating and implementing in person, onsite training program to onboard new staff members and support existing staff members
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and function as a resource for senior Philanthropy and Alumni Relations leadership, managers, support staff, physicians and other AHWFB departments

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT and associated products required
  • Expertise in running complex queries, exports and imports
  • Experience with reporting and data analytic tools i.e. RENXT Insights Designer, Crystal Reports and Power BI
  • Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Pro and other database and report writing programs
  • Must demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, independent thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and customer service skills required to successfully conduct business with a diverse group of internal and external customers
  • Ability to exercise excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity in handling high-profile/confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task day-to-day work challenges and competing priorities while meeting deadlines is required
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends
