question about welcome series

I am creating a welcome series and was just wondering why we aren't supposed to enable web viewing? Page 4 in the welcome series document posted here. Thanks!

Hi Cassandra,

I think you are referring to the 4th step in the Kit document called WelcomeSeries_tutorial.doc. I didn't realize how that might be confusing before but I see now that we state that you should enable web viewing in the description of the step but the screenshot we provided shows the step unchecked which might throw people off.

You are right though, best practice is to enable web viewing on the email campaign level for all your campaigns.

If this wasn't what you were referring to please let me know which document and section that you were looking at as it might be a mistype which I'll need to correct.
