Hey Taylor and Kent,



Two minor questions I couldn't quite find an answer to:



1) Can we customize the colors of the message's background (both in the main body and the sidebar?)

A: We don't recommend that you change the message body color. We don't customize the message are but we will customize the header, sidebar and footer color.


2) Does the welcome series typically go out to users who only sign up for our e-newsletter who those who also register on our site? We currently have no newsletter but require sign-in to comment and such... I am think that if we keep that registration, we should send a welcome series then as well.

A: The welcome series that we build will go out to everyone who is added to your Cons360 housefile. That means anyone who signs up for enews, those who register on your site to comment or provide information through any other email-capturing form on your site AND new contacts that you upload will receive the welcome series. The query that builds the target list basically says, "email to anyone whose record has been created in the past 7 days".

Once we build this welcome series then you can modify the query to narrow the target list however you feel necessary to best fit the communication plan of your organization.
