Best Practice for monthly givers with no email address

Hi! Wondering how all of you are handling prospective monthly donors with no email address? We handle all of our monthly giving online and there are some who want to join but do not have an email address. Rather than forcing a 'bad' email, how do most organization handle? What is the best practice in handling these types of transactions?

If you are entering these offline you could use the devnull+someuniquevalue@convio email address.

Our online donors don't seem to have a problem using all kinds of 'bad' addresses all on their own. :-) Convio should catch those as hard bounces so you don't mail them all the time.
