  • Most of our best programs are Event based TeamRaisers. We do a big one for the Chicago Marathon that gets about 350-400 participants with a $400,000.00 goal. We also do a Stair-Stepping event with TR, and this year we are starting to use TeamRaiser for our Dance Marathon.

TeamRaiser can be involved to set up and maintain, but we have alot of success with them. Annual events really build a following of participants once they get off the ground. We regularly get participants reaching 4 or 5000.00 and our hands down champion fundraiser just passed $80,000.00!

We haven't done anything really significant with rewards or premiums. A few of these events do have some decent fundraising prizes, but it isn't emphasized very much.

We also do a big 36-hour radiothon with a local radiostation that does great numbers, but our role in that is mostly handling the donation forms and hourly reporting.

    Regards, B
