Office Hours Follow Up: The Final Lap

Thanks to everyone that attended yesterday's call. A few things to keep in mind as you review your EOY campaigns.

• If you want to change your Donation Form or Autoresponders, log in as an Admin to your site and do so BEFORE the campaign is scheduled to launch.
  
  • Give yourself enough time to ask questions in the Community
• Send in your edits as soon as possible in ONE list. It will take 1-2 days to make the edits and return to you for final review.
• After you review your revised campaign, please send an email stating that it is 'approved', we have to have it in writing before we schedule the campaign.
• When you send in your edits, please confirm the dates you want the messages and eCard launched. Include what groups you want included and suppressed.
  
• For the last chance message, we recommend sending on December 29 or 30.
  
• Don't forget to integrate your donation form and snippet on your website.
