Can you steer me towards research or information that lists the most common characteristics of grateful-patient donors to US medical colleges?

I am a student in a digital writing class. I chose to write about grateful patient donors in my first class assignment. We are to create a donor persona profile to guide our content. Since I do not have access to the donor database of a medical school, I am challenged to find information about the identity of the average grateful patient donor. I live in Texas and prefer to create a persona profile about Texas donors, but I will accept the information I am able to find.

Are you familiar with demographics and other information which paints a picture of the most common grateful patient donors? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
