More Sessions in Feb: Navigating Changes to Your Mail Processes

Options

We’re re-running Taylor’s “Navigating Changes to Your Mail Processes” webinar every Wednesday in February, to help everyone we possibly can to get ready for the Microsoft Office integration updates in Blackbaud Hosting Services. Here are the links to register for these sessions:

Wednesday 2/2 at 10am Eastern (3pm GMT)

Wednesday 2/9 at 7pm Eastern (10am Thursday 2/10 in AEST)

Wednesday 2/16 at 3pm Eastern (8pm GMT)

Wednesday 2/23 at 11am Eastern (4pm GMT)

These are reruns of the webinar that ran on January 18th and 20th. It is not a new webinar, it is the same webinar. We are running it several times in the lead-up to the deadline for this important change, February 28th.

While the content is the same, we will have a live Q&A chat monitor team in each one, to answer questions like in the previous sessions.

You might have some questions about why we're doing this! Here are a few common ones:

If I already attended the webinar earlier in January, should I attend these?

You probably don’t need to. It’s not going to offer you new information. If you’re the sort of person who likes to watch a video a few times, you are welcome to join! But you could also watch the webinar on-demand if you don't need the Q&A.

What’s the point of re-running a webinar, with a live Q&A?

Imagine that you just learned about this upcoming change. Think about the questions you asked in the Q&A. Someone else will have those questions too. We’re here to help.

Is the Q&A real? Who is behind the curtain?

It’s real! We’re real people! I’m usually one of them, and I can assure you I am a real person. The Q&A “dream team” on these webinars is comprised of a cross-functional group of Blackbaud employees trained on Raiser’s Edge and on the solutions Taylor is offering too. We are not robots, or a call center in Cleveland, or any of those other rumors. We often get over 1,000 questions per hour-long webinar; helping customers is a team sport.

You didn’t answer my question in the chat in the last webinar, can I join another session and ask it again?

You can, but I want to be realistic with you about it: (1) If you asked a question hoping that we, the chat monitors, had secret/insider knowledge about this change that we could offer you, we’re so sorry, but we don’t. (2) If you asked a question that isn’t related to the webinar topic, we’re not typically in a position to answer it in the chat – we have an hour to answer 1,000+ questions and we have to focus on the topic at hand! Follow up with your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive for 1:1 support. (3) If you feel like you have a question that is unique to you, or you get the sense that a chat monitor wouldn’t have an answer, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t ask it. It just means you need to take another route to an answer. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive.
