Automating e-mail seeds and samples, suggestions?

Hi,

We send a few dozen different e-mails a week through various departments within our organization and would love to be able to come up with a more intuitive way of sharing all Convio sent e-mails than what we have done currently. As it stands, most who send e-mails frequently have their own small reviewer and/or seeds list, but we need something a bit more organization-wide that would fall outside of the restrictions generated by most e-mail queries (geographic, interest, advocacy participation, etc.).

We've explored creating a catch-all e-mail address and encouraging every department to add that name to the reviewer list of every e-mail, but considering the number of e-mails we send and the number of staff sending them no one is particularly confident that we could maintain such a system for long, if at all.

It's been suggested that there may be a way to create an e-mail RSS feed and link that to a page builder page (similar to an advocacy feed), but no one is sure if that's even possible within Convio.

Anyone have any ideas, or even know if the RSS suggestion is possible?

There is no way to have sent Emails go into an RSS feed, however, is there some reason the Email Calendar doesn't work for what you're describing?

Wouldn't that solution be dependent upon setting up Convio accounts for users who wouldn't normally have one just for the sake of viewing the calendar?

Ah, yes, I missed the part about "organization-wide".

Doing a little searching, it does look like there are external solutions for your original suggestion of posting all emails to an RSS feed, e.g. http://www.mailbucket.org, though you'd still need to have some email address in the target or reviewers list of every message you send...
