  • Marissa - Here is the link to yesterday's slides and presentations. There are great examples in there but here are a few direct links to some of the clients we highlighted:

    Take care,

  • We had a recent campaign (acquisition) and this is the #2 email in our conversion series...

and this is the landing page it links to. "Ask a friend to Pray" takes you to an ecard. Send one to yourself to see what it looks like. It's fairly simple.

Our most successful ecards have been promoting 1. an advocacy issue possessing a lot of national media attention and 2. a valuable free PDF download. North Korea Freedom Week (an Advocacy campaign) brought in 250 new names and the launch of a valuable PDF called the "World Watch List" brought in about 400.

    Hope this is somewhat helpful.

  • I noticed that, when you send an ecard, Convio adds "A message from John Doe email@address.com." before the custom message. Is there any way to change that? It looks weird because there's only a linebreak between that and the message, for example:

A message from John Doe email@address.com

The custom ecard message goes here.

Is there any way to remove that? Or at least put a paragraph break between that and the custom message?

The text at the top of the eCard is a Message Catalog entry that Convio Support can help you change if you'd like to modify it. It's called: "ecard_from_text" Just enter a case asking for a modification to that entry and the text that you would like to replace it with.
