Setting Up a Regulations.gov Public Comments Form Via Convio

Options

I am attempting to setup an Advocacy campaign in Convio that will allow constituents to enter their comments on an upcoming FDA issue via our site.

I have tried following the instructions provided by the Help system in Convio but there are elements described in the instructions that do not appear in my action alert setup. Specifically the "Test Web Form" button. It will allow me to perform a preview but I have no idea if that means everything is working ok since there are no confirmation messages etc.

Finally, this post here in the Convio Community indicates that the system was under repair back in August of 2009 (last year) -> http://community.customer.convio.com/thread/3028?tstart=0

Does anyone know if the system has been repaired? Has any one had any success setting up an action alert pointed at a regulations.gov form?

I am in a bit of a time crunch (FDA comment period closes on March 19), so any help, even if it is to say "the regulations.gov/convio system is not working" would be extremely helpful.

Thanks,

Paul

  • Hi Paul,

Unfortunately, the regulations.gov webform is still not working. The fix for this is going to be included in the next release which is slated to come out in July.
