How can I rank and report on constituents based on Advocacy data as was done in GA?

In GA you could report on constituents who had had an advocacy interaction. In Convio there is no direct corresponding functionality but there are ways to get similar results.

Using Engagement Factors

Engagement facts allow you to rank constituents by creating a Web Site Engagement Segmentation task allows you to rank and segment constituents based on interactions with the web site. For information on how to configure engagement factors, check out this document. Once the engagement factors are configured you can create Queries (help file on Convio's Query Application) based on the Engagement Factors. You can then use the query to create a group or a MailMerge (help files on Convio's MailMerge Application) depending on your needs.
