Data collection fields in Spanish?

Hello,

We are able to input the body content of our advocacies in Spanish, but the headings of the data collection fields (first name, last name, email address, address, opt-in question, etc) remain in English, confusing many of our constituents. Is there a way to change these (to Spanish), eg by building custom fields instead of using pre-set ones and then mapping the Spanish custom field names to the pre-set English field names? Are the English ones set in stone? Perhaps there's a way around it, but it's clunky? eg to make something a survey instead of a using the advocacy module, pain though that would be... Any advice from those who have considered/tried this would be appreciated. Thank you!

Kristin,

Convio offers multilingual functionality so that your organization can do just what you're describing. Once multilingual is enabled, the labels for things like Action Alerts can be translated for Spanish users. I'd contact your Account Manager for information on enabling multilingual on your site.

Will do asap, thank you so much! Quick question, is this only for French and Spanish, or are other languages (eg Chinese traditional and simplified characters, and Portuguese) also available?

Currently only Spanish and French are supported.
