Convio Tell a Friend Form - how to run a report

Is there a way to run a report on an action to see how many people forwarded our alert using the convio tell a friend form that appears on our thank you pages? I'd love to get a number so I can get a better understanding of how effective our thank you pages of our alerts are.

You can get this information in the Alert Summary Report (Data Management -> Reports -> Advocacy Reports -> Alert Summary).
