Hello RE friends! We are looking to revamp our "Friends of the Foundation" program, and I'm browsing for ideas on how other organizations (preferably Healthcare) manage this. I'm interested in any part of the project - the entire process flow:

-do you have a link to your site you could share?

-what are 'membership' benefits?

-how do they qualify? Dollar amount?

-How do you track them in RE? Do you also track outside of RE using excel or other format?

-Do they receive a membership card to present at time of service or if they are using the services that are part of the program?
