LO - Allowing Matching Gifts on Monthly (Sustainer) Donors

Hello there, 


Any organizations out there allow matches on their Monthly Donation Forms?  If so, do you run into issues if say the employer only matches to $100 and the donor is giving $100 a month.  What are some of the biggest challenges you face?  


What would be the best business practice?
