Missing a Donor Covers Costs Option

Hi, all. Cross-posting in order to get more eyes... I'm hoping to get more votes for a Donor Covers Cost options for both OLX and NXT online forms. We've recently migrated from another system, which allowed for this. I don't want to leave any donations on the table!
