Tracking land parcels in RE

Are thereany land conservation orgs out there? I'm looking for some guidance. My organization would like to be able to utilize Raiser's Edge to help them track communications with land owners that they are hoping to engage with. They want to be able to track a parcel ID, the site/location of the parcel, the acreage, whether it has attributes like a rare habitat or water, and an evaluation score. The land people want to be able to search on the site/location, and pull the landowner's record up by the parcel number. The landowners may also have multiple parcels. I was thinking attributes, but that's not terribly friendly for getting the information back out, especially using NXT. 


Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
