Acme Ticketing and Raiser's Edge

Is anyone using Acme Ticketing with the locally hosted version or Raiser's Edge?  We would be very interested in hearing your experiences (good, bad or other).  Thank you!

Specifically trying to get opinions on how the integration with RE went and any bumps you encountered along the way.
