Trouble Selecting "Gift Amount" Option in OLX on Mobile

A donor had trouble today making a gift through our OLX form. When she went to select "Gift Amount" she tried to select "Other" to type in a different amount she wanted to give. However, it would not allow her to and only let her select the default of "$5". When I looked into this, it seemed as though it worked fine on my laptop's browser (Google Chrome), but when I tried on my phone, it was difficult to select a different Gift Amount other than $5. I had to play around and tap twice on the option I wanted.


I have never experienced this issue before. Is anyone else having this issue, or is this something Blackbaud can fix on their end?

Natalie Poirier‍ - Yep, your form has an issue.  I took a look at one of the forms on our website (www.victoryjunction.org/family) and had no issue selecting different amounts - we utilize the same button type that you do.  I would recommend that you reach out to support to get to the bottom of this.

Good advice Austen Brown‍. Also Natalie Poirier‍ could I also ask that you please mentioning to our Support staff what mobile device you were using when you observed this with and what mobile browser you used? I took a quick look on my Android phone using Chrome and wasn't able to see what you both observed.
