Double the Donation

Hi all,


We are in the early demo phases of a few third-party matching gifts products, and are currently leaning toward Double the Donation.


Is anyone currently working with them, or have worked with them before? Just looking for some feedback and items to be aware of during implementation and overall effectiveness. Integration with RENXT and OLX sounds smooth, but any information to back our decision here would be great.

Hello, we're also using NXT and considering Double the Donation. Did you decide to implement it? I might be too early to ask how it's going, but how is it going?

Hey, Austen Brown‍ . We are in the early phases of implementation and waiting on some logistics from our web team.


As far as the integration with NXT, it's as simple as a few clicks and you're ready to go. They give detailed instructions and seem willing/happy to walk through any questions you have. We actually had to disable ours because it had already started grabbing people's matching gift availability straight away from NXT as soon as we connected. So, it definitely works! Just don't have any short/long-term experience to report back on yet.

Hi Austen Brown‍, this is Hannah from Double the Donation - I’d be happy to share how our 360MatchPro and RE NXT integration works. 360MatchPro is designed to help donors learn about their matching gift program and then take easy steps to submit matching gift requests for your organization. 


Once you integrate RE NXT with 360MatchPro, you can configure automated emails that allow donors to search for their employer’s matching gift submission form and guidelines. For example, if your donor works for The Home Depot, they would receive the email, search for The Home Depot and be automatically mapped to The Home Depot’s matching gift submission form - making it easy for them to double their donation through their employer’s matching gift program.


These messages can be configured and customized from your 360MatchPro account. This portal also tracks matching gift metrics like how many matches your organization has identified. I’ll link our integration announcement here for additional details.

Popping in this thread to share that Double the Donation recently released an update to their RE NXT integration allowing users to add a matching gift search field on RE NXT donation forms. This enhancement makes it very simple to find which donors qualify for matching gift companies then provide them a direct link to their matching gift company following the donation process.

DTD does also have seamless integrations with Online Express, BBCRM, Luminate Online, etc.
